Bug Title: Muscle beach not working

When did the bug start? Feb 3, 2024

What's the expected behavior? to use the gym equipment @ muscle beach

What behavior occurs? when you enter a training station, you cant do the exercise because the game treats you as if you had a depleted stamina bar, even if its at a 100%

Reproduction Steps: enter a workout station, try to do the exercise with the prompted button, get the error

From my testing, this appears to be solved.

tested it and form me its not working. Can access some of there eqipment, start or better tryna start doing workouts and get stuck before any animation or script (if i can call it like that) starts to work....like a freezeframe. To get unstuck i have to use some sort of Animation- "/e sit" for example but by stoping the animation "X" i fall through the ground in a never ending loop
