Bug Title: Bike shop unable to pull out bikes

When did the bug start? Mar 3, 2024

What's the expected behavior? Go into bike shop, browse and purchase bikes

What behavior occurs? Unable to access the menu to coose vehicles to preview/buy

Reproduction Steps: GO to bike shop, go in and third eye to try and bring up the menu or pull out a bike to preview/buy

it's there me and my boys bought bikes 20mins ago the spot is right by the door to the left as you walk in

there is one right by the door but the other third eye blips do not work

Bug Title: Can't 3rd eye motorcylce dealership points

When did the bug start? Apr 6, 2024

What's the expected behavior? 3rd eye or flex E to access bike dealership menu

What behavior occurs? The 3rd eye points are there but not usable

Reproduction Steps: 1. Go to the bike dealership at 213
2. hold left alt
3. See 3rd eye points but no option to select them
