Bug Title: fordambo lights broken

When did the bug start? Apr 1, 2024

What's the expected behavior? lights to not look like they're from outer space

What behavior occurs? lights are all over around the ambulance

Reproduction Steps: get in fordambo, turn on lights, go blind

Removed fordambo it only spawnned because we have a deactivated redneck pack that we don't pay for that I forgot to remove.
