Bug Title: Stretchers ambo bug

When did the bug start? Mar 1, 2024

What's the expected behavior? people dont get yeeted out of the ambo when in the stretcher

What behavior occurs? people get yeeted while the ambo is moving at random sometimes when in stretcher in ambo. person has to also do /refreshskin to get rid of stretcher on their back when they stand up

Reproduction Steps: it doesn't always happen, but it does at least once or twice a shift usually.

What's the expected behavior? Able to put person on a stretcher and then viehcle

What behavior occurs? cant put a person on a stretcher it teleports them under the map

put someone on a stretcher

I've done further testing over the past few days and it isn't specific to one ambo model. does it for all the ones i've tried
