Bug Title: Cash on HUD not updating

Severity Low

When Did The Bug Start: Jan 12, 2023

Describe the bug: The cash shown on the HUD does not update when you withdraw or deposit money. The bank amount does update real time but the cash only updates when you log in

Additional info: the ESC menu shows correct amounts, HUD does not
