Bug Title: getting phones from mugging
When did the bug start? Feb 6, 2024
What's the expected behavior? recieve phone from mugging local and be able to use it/move it
What behavior occurs? after recieving phone from mugging, its bugged in my inventory (cant move it at all) and eventually disappears. has happened twice now
