Bug Title: lockpicking stores
When did the bug start? Feb 5, 2024
What's the expected behavior? when you third eye the cash register it says lockpick and you should be able to lockpick the cash register
What behavior occurs? it will tell me that i dont have the right item to lockpick and i have 50 lockpicks and it doesn't allow me to start lockpicking
Reproduction Steps: have a lockpick in your pocket then go up to a cash register at any 24/7's
