Bug Title: Lockpicks Wearing Whole Stack

When did the bug start? Feb 1, 2024

What's the expected behavior? When you stack lockpicks in your inventory on top of each other, they should wear and once the top once is broken, it starts fresh.

What behavior occurs? The whole stack wears at the same rate so once one breaks you start on the second in the stack worn at the same rate.

What are you doing that's wearing down the lockpicks?

It seems to be less of what is wearing down the lockpicks and the fact that the whole stack is wearing as single component. Almost like you cannot stack burgers at different use levels, but in this case it doesn't separate the lock picks once you use one.
