Bug Title: Unable To Buy Backpacks
When did the bug start? Feb 3, 2024
What's the expected behavior? When you enter any clothing store, there is a person that you can interact with and buy a selection of backpacks from.
What behavior occurs? None of the clothing stores, and I checked multiple, have any one to interact with to by backpacks.
Reproduction Steps: 1)Enter a Clothing Store
2)Look for someone standing next to a clerk
