(a) A person commits unlawful assembly by remaining in a group of three or more persons after a peace officer has issued a dispersal order that is clearly communicated, provides a reasonable opportunity to comply, and is issued due to an imminent threat to public safety or order.
(a) A person commits riot by participating with five or more persons in a public disturbance involving violence or threats of violence that creates a clear and present danger to persons or property.

Chapter 5: False Reporting and Misuse of Emergency Services

(a) A person commits false reporting to authorities by making a materially false statement to a peace officer or emergency dispatcher regarding an alleged crime, emergency, or public safety incident, where the statement is capable of influencing the response or investigation.
(b) Penalties:
(1) Fine: $2,000 to $7,500
(2) Imprisonment: 6 to 15 minutes
Section 542 Misuse of Emergency ServicesMISDEMEANOR#
(a) A person commits misuse of emergency services by requesting emergency response without a reasonable basis, or by using an emergency number for harassment or non-emergency purposes after being warned.
(b) Penalties:
(1) Fine: $1,000 to $5,000
(2) Imprisonment: 4 to 10 minutes
Section 543 False Emergency Resulting in DeploymentFELONY#
(a) A person commits false emergency resulting in deployment by causing emergency personnel to be dispatched through a materially false report.
(b) Triggered when: The defendant has a prior conviction for an offense under this Title within 30 days, measured from the date the prior conviction became final to the date of the new offense.
(c) Additional Penalties:
(1) Second offense: Fine and imprisonment increased by 50%
(2) Third offense: Fine and imprisonment increased by 100%
(3) Fourth and subsequent: Fine and imprisonment increased by 200%
