Bug Title Tebex transcations not redeemable in city

Detailed Description: King tried redeeming an old tebex code, nothing happened. I purchased $5, tried to redeem it in city, nothing happens.

Ive put my tebex transaction ids in and seem to only get one to work not multiple, others Ive spoke too cant put more than one in so its a common problem from i know of. Im looking to get more cars but cant since im limited the the one transaction.
