Bug Title: weapons on cars
When did the bug start? Feb 1, 2024
What's the expected behavior? No weapons on cars
What behavior occurs? JB 700 etc are equiped with weapons sometimes
Reproduction Steps: get a car which can have a gun in normal gta 5, sometimes it has when taking out of the garage
