Bug Title: Can't do any tuning on a dono car I was given

When did the bug start? Feb 18, 2024

What's the expected behavior? Expected behavior would be taking it to a mechanic, in this case DOT, and have them repair the damage to it. Couldn't so called an angel to try and give tuning options/categories

What behavior occurs? Could not do any repairs to the vehicle, listed in my phone as q8prior, so called an angel, he could also not do anything to fix the issue.

Reproduction Steps: Pull out and damage a q8prior from the dono shop, damage it, take it to a mechanic
