Bug Title: /bagoff doesn't work

When did the bug start? Feb 10, 2024

What's the expected behavior? When doing /bagoff it should take the bag off and put it back in your inventory so you can switch bags

What behavior occurs? When doing /bagoff it sometimes shows the bag as off your body but doesn't put it back into your inventory and just quickly reappears on your person

Reproduction Steps: Put on a bag, do /bagoff

The only way I have found to remove the bag to change it is completely empty it and then t/removebag then you can switch bags and refill

Removed the command bagoff, remove bag is the Propper command.
