Bug Title: Verus radio issue

When did the bug start? Mar 6, 2024

What's the expected behavior? verus and possibly other vehicles with no doors radio shouldn't be muffled outside of first person since there are no doors

What behavior occurs? verus and possibly other vehicles with no doors muffles radio except for in first person

Reproduction Steps: get in verus and put a tune on

Nothing can be done to resolve this, it's a limitation of the script.
