Bug Title: waypoints not syncing for people in car

When did the bug start? Mar 2, 2024

What's the expected behavior? when someone sets a waypoint in the car it should show for everyone in the vehicle

What behavior occurs? when someone in your car sets a waypoint it doesn't show up for anyone else

Reproduction Steps: get in car w someone, set waypoint, done

If the driver set a waypoint the passenger cannot change it. Tested and works as intended.
