Bug Title: Issues when dying

When did the bug start? Jun 6, 2024

What's the expected behavior? If I get shot in the head, I go down and can't move or do anything.

What behavior occurs? When dying, weird stuff keeps happening, sometimes I become immortal and can move around and hurt people etc. Only fixable with headpop. Also, something new is that sometimes when I die I shoot up into the air like 100ft.

Reproduction Steps: Get shot in the head. I don't have any steps other than that, haven't found any patterns that lead to this behaviour.
