Bug Title: Car wont drive after revive

When did the bug start? Jun 16, 2024

What's the expected behavior? once revived by ems or admin, sometimes cant drive car

What behavior occurs? get in car and cant turn or accelerate

Reproduction Steps: try to die, revive yourself and then try to drive a car.
