Bug Title: cant scroll thru tuning option
When did the bug start? Jun 30, 2024
What's the expected behavior? when going into the red circle at grapeseed mechanic shop you should be able to scroll through the menu to purchase upgrades and ect for the shop
What behavior occurs? it plays the sound as if you are scrolling through the menu but it dont actually scroll through the menu
Reproduction Steps: go to the red circle in grapeseed mechanic shop and try to scroll through the menu
