Title of the Bug Report: Give Key Command doesn't work for Cars

When Did The Bug Start: Jan 1, 1970

Description: The /givekey used to work for car keys now it only works for house keys.

Steps to Reproduce: try /givekey while having car key on you

Expected Behavior: should be able to give key to "Player id x"

Actual Behavior: only gives option to give house key.

Frequency: Always

Priority: Medium

I think this needs to be done through your key manager. In v1 it was bound to the , key not sure if it still is.

When you're in a vehicle you can hit z, go to vehicle options and access the menu that way
