Oldest of 5 Jesse was born in a small Northern town of California all Jesse knew was the gang life throughout his young teen life. Despite his father not acknowledging his way of life he decided to continue into that lifestyle. Jesse involvement with gangs grew deeper once he entered high school. In May 2009 one month prior to graduating Jesse found himself into some serious trouble with the law. Once booked and processed Jesse came before the judge where his was given an ultimatum to either join the military once HS was over or decline and face some serious time in jail.
Jesse ended up choosing the smart choice and later joined the U.S Marines where enjoyed every moment he served, a while finally making his parents proud. His home duty station was Fort Zancudo near Los Santos, where it was just a short distance away from the city of sinners, and a few hours south of his hometown. Having served one term equaling to four years in the military Jesse did two tours of duty into hostile environments out of country.
After 4 years Jesse decided to not continue his career in the military to pursue other goal, he had set for himself once in the military. After a SAST recruiting event on base Jesse grew fond of the idea of becoming part of SAST family. Jesse attended the accelerated hiring process once separated from the active duty and quickly joined the academy to achieve his short-term goal of becoming an LEO once again making his parents proud of his life choices. Not only did Jesse feel a sense of pride to serve but wanted to leave a long-lasting effect and be looked at as a role model by his younger siblings specifically his troubled younger brother.
Jesse loves spending time out in the community where he often volunteers given any chance. On his free time, he enjoys mountain biking, playing video games and spending time with his family and attending live sporting events.
