Bug Title: Gun store buying points and owner menu

When did the bug start? Feb 16, 2024

What's the expected behavior? You should be able to go into the store and see red arrows so you can buy guns/ammo

What behavior occurs? When I go into the store there is no arrows

Reproduction Steps: 1. go to gun store
2. see if the arrows pop up for you

Okay, I found that you have to third-eye but the third-eye does not work for the boss menu. I can see the point but it does not allow me to do anything.
