Bug Title: Unable to refuel truck

When did the bug start? Jun 9, 2024

What's the expected behavior? To be able to refuel the C3navistar SADOT truck by grabbing the nozzle off the pump and third eyeing the fuel tank on the truck to refuel it.

What behavior occurs? Grab nozzle from pump and third eye every square inch of the truck but unable to refuel.

Reproduction Steps: Try to refuel the C3navistar.

Confirmed. no 3rd eye point on navistar

You can now refuel the vehicle from the passenger door.
