Bug Title: cars proofing after head popping
When did the bug start? Feb 7, 2024
What's the expected behavior? when u head pop or leave it somewhere it shouldnt proof
What behavior occurs? so when i head pop or get a error and it kicks me from the game or i leave the area my car will proof and i cant get it back until a storm hits
Reproduction Steps: leave a car anywhere and head pop and the car wont be there anymore
