What's the expected behavior? To be charged 250 to 600 bucks

What behavior occurs? Speed cams near legion still charging 1k to 6k

Reproduction Steps: Go fast near legion

multiple cams on the freeway to Paleto Bay charge 1000 and have gotten some 4000
