Bug Title: Server Doesn't Handle Disconnects Properly

When did the bug start? Feb 9, 2024

What's the expected behavior? When you disconnect from the server, it will return you to either the FiveM menu or to your desktop completely.

What behavior occurs? When you disconnect, it freezes up, either causing fivem to crash or it to display a message about zr-pausemenu. I've noticed it happent to a few people.

Reproduction Steps: Disconnect from the server

This only happens if you disconnect through the pause menu. Never had this issue doing f8 quit or alt+F4 to exit.
