Bug Title: Unable to sell drugs to pedestrians
When did the bug start? Feb 1, 2024
What's the expected behavior? When you third-eye a pedestrian, the option becomes available to attempt to sell items and then they either refuse to buy or they purchase your illegal drugs.
What behavior occurs? When you third-eye a pedestrian, the option is there to attempt to sell items. When you click it, a warning pops up that says "Flight_selldrugs" Unable to sell at this time.
Reproduction Steps: 1)Put drugs in your pocket
2)Find any pedestrian
3)Third-Eye
