San Andreas, Los Santos – A serious incident occurred yesterday afternoon when a San
Andreas State Trooper (SAST) vehicle struck Liam Canon, the owner of Rockford Hill Repair.
The accident took place in the parking lot behind the Brewery.
According to preliminary reports, Sgt. George King was responding to a non-emergency call
when the collision happened. However, witnesses claim that Sgt. King was on unofficial
business, attempting to pay for damages to a vehicle he had previously struck.
Mr. Canon was standing in a designated parking spot when he was hit by Sgt. King’s police
vehicle. Witnesses allege that Sgt. King failed to see Mr. Canon and did not take any evasive
action.
Mr. Canon sustained serious injuries as a result of the accident and is currently recovering in a
local hospital. The community is rallying around Mr. Canon and his family during this difficult
time.
This incident raises serious concerns about public safety and the conduct of SAST officers. The
department is tasked with protecting and serving the community, yet this event underscores a
troubling trend of SAST officers involved in accidents.
While Sgt. King did take the initiative to call emergency services and cover the medical costs,
an apology from the officer has yet to be issued.
The SAST has yet to release an official statement regarding the incident. However, the
community is demanding a thorough investigation and accountability for the officer involved.
