Bug Title: Can't Fly Into City
When did the bug start? Jul 23, 2024
What's the expected behavior? Load up FiveM, click on Next Gen, load in, play with friends
What behavior occurs? Load up FiveM, click on Next Gen, new loading screen, gets stuck at 100%, can't play with friends
(I've tried clearing cache, etc, I see the attached error in the live console on TX, had someone else try to fly in, same issue)
