Bug Title: KOI has invisible wall and floor

When did the bug start? Jul 2, 2024

What's the expected behavior? Be able to walk down the stairs of KOI and get in the front door

What behavior occurs? Invisible wall and floor, can't enter the building, no clipping in it works but then you can't go down the stairs. I think the fire station MLO might be conflicting?

Reproduction Steps: Try to go inside KOI
