Bug Title: PDM Semi Trailer spawns on palm tree, can't attach to semi

When did the bug start? Jul 5, 2024

What's the expected behavior? Attach trailer to semi

What behavior occurs? When going to import a vehicle, it spawns a semi and trailer, the trailer spawns next to a palm tree, you can't attach to the semi (attached picture)

Reproduction Steps: Try to import a vehicle from PDM

I will fix this today.. but @robert4049 needs to look at the occlusion at the front door.
