Bug Title: Yacht Heist Not Allowing Picking Up of Money/Items
When did the bug start? Jul 16, 2024
What's the expected behavior? Start the heist, get to the yacht, be able to pick up money/drugs/items with duffel bag.
What behavior occurs? When trying to pick things up, nothing happens. No sound indicates you can. Sometimes it will do the animation of picking things up, but nothing gets given in the inventory.
