Bug Title: Sonoran cad/radio
When did the bug start? Jul 14, 2024
What's the expected behavior? Functioning cad and radio
What behavior occurs? For some users (including myself) even with the proper roles and syncing via cms, cad requires a permission key to access
Sonoran radio, go ti the web link and enter the code from ingame but nothing syncs (might be related to not having access to cad)
Reproduction Steps: Add roles, sync. Remove roles, sync, add back roles, repeat. Wait a day to try again same results.
