Bug Title: Sast locks

When did the bug start? Feb 1, 2024

What's the expected behavior? Doors would be locked to avoid public walking though VPD

What behavior occurs? Doors are still open

Reproduction Steps: Message sergio and I will come by and help give some direction as to what doors should be locked

Done! Will do a walkthrough with Serg later to make sure nothing was missed but this can be moved on over :)
