Bug Title: Store cameras not working.

When did the bug start? Feb 16, 2024

What's the expected behavior? To be able to use the cameras in corner stores for PD use and look back at footage from crimes committed in the last few minutes.

What behavior occurs? Nothing as there is no option to look into the camera system.

Reproduction Steps: Walk up under the camera and try to use it and nothing appears in the top left of eyes to choose from.
