Bug Title: Can't access boss menus

What's the expected behavior? Boss role can access boss menu
What behavior occurs? Boss role can't access boss menu
Reproduction Steps: Boss menus have 3rd eye points, but get "you are not a boss" error when trying to access it despite having the boss role. Both have job ID "boss" in jobs creator and being clocked in at that rank.
