Bug Title: Job Description lists wrong license requirement
When did the bug start? Jun 15, 2024
What's the expected behavior? Says 'requires security license' so should require security license
What behavior occurs? Actually requires the TWIC license
Reproduction Steps: 1. Check the Drilling Dynamics requirements
2. Get the only license with the word 'security' in it (armed security license)
3. Still be unable to get the job
I've tested it and works with the TWIC license, not security license.
