Bug Title: Sales XP not going up

When did the bug start? Jul 6, 2024

What's the expected behavior? You get sales XP from selling

What behavior occurs? XP doesn't go up or down at all

Reproduction Steps: 1. sell drugs
2. get no sales XP

Was working yesterday so I think only stopped since the 3 am restart today.
