Bug Title: Stinger GT doesn't move
When did the bug start? Jun 17, 2024
What's the expected behavior? You turn on engine and drive
What behavior occurs? Engine on, doesn't move
Reproduction Steps: Spawn code stingergt, tried both the player's model, a spawned in one and another random car and while the random car worked, neither of the Stinger GTs would move. Relog, repairing car, and fixing through TX/Wasabi couldn't get them to budge.
