Bug Title: Working scuba gear looks scuffy

When did the bug start? Jul 6, 2024

What's the expected behavior? Scuba gear stays on and looks like scuba gear

What behavior occurs? You immediately chuck off the tank and have a white tshirt on instead of the tank

Reproduction Steps: Male Tshirt 123
Female Tshirt 153

These are what are set as functional scuba tanks and while they work as scuba tanks, they make white t-shirts clip through the clothes and your character instantly chucks the tank to the floor.
