Bug Title: Addon Locations not loading
Detailed Description: After flying in and going to Mt. Zonah Medical Center, no textures inside were loading. Collisions were still there, but it was just showing the void and the outside of the building. I left and cleared my FiveM Cache, and the problem persisted. I checked my F8 Console and found a multitude of script errors in the log.

We added a map loader script to help with managing this. This appears to have been resolved, if this continues to be an issue please reopen this ticket.
