Bug Title: Shop/ dealership menus gone

When did the bug start? Feb 17, 2024

What's the expected behavior? If i walk into a store or my car-dealership there should be the Buying / boss menus.

What behavior occurs? Those menus arent there, not in my dealership or any other store.

They were changed to 3rd eye points. For dealerships, not every stand has them yet but at least one per location should be there.
