Bug Title: No change in stamina

When did the bug start? Feb 1, 2024

What's the expected behavior? When exercising stamina increases when at rest stamina decreases

What behavior occurs? There is no increase or decrease in stamina. There are no notifications

Reproduction Steps: Fly in to city, exercise no notification, sit around no notification

I added an option under the Z menu to see your stats, i just disabled the notifications because they're annoying.
