Bug Title: CAD Being Funky
When did the bug start? Jul 7, 2024
What's the expected behavior? CAD should have the option to turn off the voice and you should be receiving calls without needing to refresh.
What behavior occurs? CAD needs to be refreshed often in order to actually get calls and the voice will not turn off which is slowly causing sensory overload.
Reproduction Steps: sign into cad when people are selling drugs
wait for cad to be cruel to you
go insane from the voice
