Bug Title: /refreshskin removes armor
When did the bug start? Jun 22, 2024
What's the expected behavior? /refreshskin puts clothing items back on especially after being punched and to probably still have the body armor that you put on
What behavior occurs? when you put in /refreshskin it removes your armor that you need cause if shot you be dead fast.
Reproduction Steps: put on armor and do t/refreshskin
