Bug Title: uv Flashlight and Normal Flashlight

When did the bug start? Jun 26, 2024

What's the expected behavior? When using the UV flashlight it should collect fingerprints off of the steering wheel of vehicles. While using the normal flashlight it should collect evidences.

What behavior occurs? While using the normal flashlight it destroys evidence instead of collecting it. Using the UV flashlight just doesn't collect finger prints at all.

Reproduction Steps: have the flashlights
try to get the evidence
