Bug Title: DOT

When did the bug start? Feb 2, 2024

What's the expected behavior? Cant add anyone in the boss menu

What behavior occurs? when they get hired by server ID it puts them in as an employee but no name and options are there but they don't work except to terminate

Reproduction Steps: tried after a few resets and still the same
