Bug Title: I cannot browse or purchase from the car shops

When did the bug start? Feb 16, 2024

What's the expected behavior? I walk into PDM and or a gas station and find a Corporal rank symbol and use it to buy products.

What behavior occurs? The symbol for buying things is not there at all.

Reproduction Steps: Walk into a gas station shop or PDM (car dealership)
