Bug Title: Refresh skin crashes game

When did the bug start? Jul 23, 2024

What's the expected behavior? every time i would refreskin command it will crash my game not sure if its because of the scuba gear ive had on before the update to the server but after the update to the server when i use the refreshkin command it will crash my game automatically

What behavior occurs? N/A
