Bug Title: Lucky Looter job bugged
When did the bug start? Mar 3, 2024
What's the expected behavior? When you take the diving job and jump off the steering you should be able to hit E and drop the anchor, then dive down and hit E when you find the box.
What behavior occurs? No prompt for dropping anchor and so hitting E like before does nothing. The one time I did dive down anyway I couldn't even collect the loot
Reproduction Steps: Take Lucky Looter job, go to job guy, take job, go to purple marked area, hit F to get off the wheel
